There are a number of wood flooring options that would work with this paneling. I would go with something that highlights the colors of the knots so that you have some contrast rather than a match. This doesn't mean you have to go with a solid color, Hickory would be an option if you are looking for something with lights and darks within the boards. Visit a flooring store for a better understanding of what's out there and then bring samples home.

There is a lot of visual competition with the paneling, so I could concur with Oak & Broad that white oak is going to provide the least amount of contrast and will also be the most durable compared to lets say pine or hickory.

nicely with your walls and will lighten up the room a bit. You can also get it
in a rustic/character grade with knots if you like the rustic look. This
flooring is very popular in log cabin homes. Hickory is actually the hardest
North American Wood and is extremely durable. When choosing your flooring, you
can check the Janka Hardness Rating, which measures the resistance of a sample
of wood to denting and wear. Oak is also another option if you don't want as much
variation. I agree that you should bring samples of different kinds of woods to
your cabin and see how you like them with the walls. Seeing the walls and
floors together will make it easier to decide and will avoid disappointment
later.
