Hi all, We have a ranch style home with an extremely narrow entryway, which is in essence a stairway landing that is approximately 5 feet long and 3 feet wide with 3 doors that empty onto it: the garage, outside, and entryway to the kitchen. There is also a full staircase that leads to the basement. There are 2 walls on either side that are really not an option to "bump out" as we would lose the garage and cabinet space in the kitchen. We have 3 young boys who all have backpacks, coats, boots, snowgear, etc and it is a disaster! I love the look of cubbies but we just don't have the room as anything that we put on the floor would barricade the staircase. Any suggestions at all are greatly appreciated!
