Can't tell by these pix where the lake view is. Comment here and use the Attach Images button to add more pix to enlighten us. Don't forget you'll want to cozy up to the FP in cooler weather. Two areas might work for you. I'd get another bulky chair like that one and pull them to the TV. Then add two smaller swivel chairs or swivel gliders to the sofa area. They'll be able to turn to see TV.

It looks like the TV is at one end of the room and the fireplace at the other end. This is an ideal setup for two different seating groups. I'd place the sofa facing the TV and would add a pair of chairs in that same area.

The fireplace area could use the big chair and ottoman at fireside with a nice table and lamp beside it for reading. Or you could place the chair and ottoman near the TV and a pair of chairs flanking the FP.

Two seating areas. One facing fireplace. Put the sofa back to the support post. We have the same set up in our basement and works well. Then put a sofa table behind couch. Maybe you could wire some plugs to the post for lamps. Two Chairs next to fireplace.
