FYI, the hardware is called the Orleans in a satin nickel finish by Emtek. The list price is $274 each for the active and dummy hardware although you should be able to get 30-35% off list.

The specs says the door is 61.25"x 5:25"x 81" is perfect for me.

OK, both doors will open into the house. From the outside, which door do you want to be the primary (active) door you walk through?

The 61.25" door is considered a 5 ft. door.

Is it acceptable to have brushed nickel hinges on a mahogany entry door if the hardware and threshold are bronze? The foyer and adjoining dining room will have a bronze tone but all the other hardware and faucets in the home will be brushed nickel. No side lights on exterior of door. Thanks.

Will need right hand swing, also need further information on the door as it is for a new construction house; thickness, rough opening, exact door dimensions, lock holes (two round?), delivery timeframe, and warranty policy? thank you

The doors are 1 3/4" thick. The rough opening is 73 1/2" x 97 1/2" x 5 1/4". The active door is bored with 2 holes for mounting tubular latch hardware ( not a mortise ). The doors are crated 2-4 days from time of order and depending where you live, the doors arrive in 3-5 days. My warranty is 100% for 2 years.

Your framer should frame the opening at 74" x 98".
