our city just repaved our road and tore out 3 feet of landscape in the front of the house/ road , of which we had a mix of grasses, some mondo, not dwarf which I prefer, st. augustine and rosemary. We used to have all St Augustine and rosemary but it all flooded out and thats why they redid the road. We have a choice of ground covers/grasses from the city. We live in the Dallas Tx area and would like some advice on plants that need less water and will do OK with 3-4 hours direct sun.
