My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this siding stained or naturally weathered, and what is the material?

    The siding and soffits are cypress. The siding has a blue-gray semi-transparent stain on it; the soffits have a clear finish.

      What is the brand and color of stain? And is the cypress #2 or select?

      The stain on the exterior siding is "Driftwood" SLT by Broda. The cypress is select.
