My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I love this hood but have a few questions about AKDY? because I cannot see the mfg of this hood, who will service it if I need repairs? Next can you please give me the details of the DB on low speed, medium, and high speed? Lastly my husband asked what is the grade of stainless steel?

      AKDY is a US company. The products are designed in Germany and manufactured in China. We will provide 3 year warranty for the parts. Please contact us with the order number in case the item is with any problem in the future. The item is 65 dB max at highest speed, and it's even quieter at lower speed, though we don't have the actual dB value. The stainless steel grade is 430.
