Which material can I use in a countertop that is at the same time not so cold as a stone, resistant to water, high temperatures, knives and has no (or minimum) shine?

Paperstone should be an option, but I'd have to import it because there's no way to find it here in Brazil. And I've heard it's not so resistant as I'd like.
