My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The wallpaper was from The Grasscloth Collection by Kenneth James. http://www.wallpaperstogo.com/p-27511-grasscloth-wallpaper.aspx

      I spoke with the home owner who informed me that the wallpaper is holding up fine. It has been a couple years since the project has been finished. Hope that helps!

      Can you tell me if the wainscot has a particular style name please.

      This was a flat panel wainscot with an applied panel molding around each panel. A wainscot cap was also used to complete the top edge of the wainscot.
