My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you please tell me the size of the bathroom? The tub & shower look small in the photo, are they?

    I'm sorry. I contacted the builder and they no longer have access to the plans for this model! The bathroom is compact. I believe this is a garden tub and a standard square size shower pan.

    You're welcome! A garden tub is usually curved and a little wider on the long side of the tub than a traditional tub so you feel like you are getting a roomier tub in a smaller space. Picture an oval dropped into a rectangle. Hope that helps.
