Hoping to add a 20x20 garage with a master suite above to an existing 1700 square foot Tudor Revival. Don't want to remuddle by making garage appear too large. It will attach to the house towards the back on the left hand side where the existing garage is (you can kind of see it in the photo). Was thinking a rounded carriage house door with a shed dormer with triple windows to mirror the look of the existing house. Any thoughts? Also having a hard time estimating cost because garage space runs less per square foot than living space. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
