My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The countertop material is quartzite-- a natural stone, harder than granite, as compared to quartz man-made material (caeserstone, silestone). Goes by different names: "Quartzite Bianca", "Luce de Luna", "Aspen White", "Mont Blanc." They go by different names so people can't shop around for the best price (so I've been told).
