My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

low cost remodel - master bath

hated the all white bathroom so decided to do a weekend project to keep busy and get rid off the hospital look. changed all faucets, put a bigger toilet, painted, added frame to the mirror, changed light fixtures, added wall shelves over tub and over toilet where there qas nothing before, added medicine cabinet and some decore, put vinyl planks, stained cabinets. all that including my free labor :) cost me less than 350 bucks

    Absolutely amazing!

    It looks like you used trim to make the frame for your mirror, right? We're in the process of doing the same thing for the bathroom off our bedroom as we've upgraded both bathrooms this month. We [or I should say hubby] painted all the fixtures except the faucet with an oil rubbed bronze spray paint, and they look great. We bought a faucet similar to yours. We didn't paint our cabinets as they're fine, but we did replace the hardware. Things aren't quite back together, but it looks very nice.

      thanks everyone, heyley to answer your question i spray painted the light fixtures as they were silver ( a special order return that was on sale in lowes for 40 bucks vs 130 brand new) youll be surprised what sales or clearance you would find in lowes most of the time, you just need to look for it. for the mirror yes i used trim (with cord, adds nice look to it.) the toilet turned into a nightmare because of a loose bolt but i fixed it and installed it. also changed shower head in shower which was on sale at walmart...
