My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I think it was 5/8"? Standard stuff they use on the exterior of houses. However, I rented a floor sander and sanded the living daylights out of it which changes the look considerably when you take a lot off. It looks quite a bit like cork after sanding down through the layers. It is clear coated with 5 coats of Varathane Diamond Floor Finish.
