My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      What type of material would you put on a walkable roof for proper drainage for rain and snow? I would like to do this but worry about flat surfaces in New England

      I would love to see the plans for building this roomy area is 36 x 30 can l see building plans or a scetch rough draft of what it would take. About how much would it cost for me to have this built?
