My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's stucco but done by an artisan who creates a surface very much like plaster. Beautiful in its variations. First time doing it and I was very happy with it.

    Wow, looks great! I would of guessed some kind of cement fiber product. Glad I didn't assume what it was.

    You could likely do something similar with a Hardipanel type product but the vertical joints always pose a problem with rainscreen detailing.
