We just bought a 850 sq ft week-end condo with the living - dining room facing south. It has high sloped ceilings and windows shaded by a wide patio roof. There is no direct light. I am having a terrible time choosing wall paint. I just read I should choose a color with no black in it? I was trying neutrals like pale gray and beige but they look dark and depressing. I have white heavy trim and crown molding. The floors will be maple. Any suggestions? Thanks.
