I have a narrow townhouse with a great eastern territorial view in Seattle. I currently have a love seat and two chairs set in a conversation area w the love seat facing the 8' picture window. The TV is on the left on a shelf above the gas fireplace. I would like to get a larger couch but have measured and don't think I can go much wider than 75-80". The living space is currently 10x12-14 (my couch is currently at 12' and my dining room carpet starts at 14' I am struggling to know what kind of couch to get and how to maintain my focus on the view, conversation and not the TV. I don't mind getting new chairs. I want to keep the coffee and side table.
