My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    this is an old house, of the first built in it's city...so the floor in this area is original to the house...we are pretty sure it's oak as would have been typical for this area and time.

    The oriental rug style in this piece is called a Heriz or Serapi. A Heriz looks a little more "busy" compared to a Serapi.
