My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    My disclaimer is that I've never purchased stand alone plans so I don't know what to suggest but personally I would pay around $50 - $100 for the plans. Possibly more if there are some additional space saving options or other hidden gems in the plans. My interest is in the table, not the entire cabinet.

      I don't think the plans were ever made available - I would have bought them. I moved to a new house last year and would still love this design.
