I'm assuming you have already ran 14-2 to all of your light locations, but if not and you still have the ability to run low voltage lines, we use Armacost LED lighting

If you don't have the ability to run low voltage, as long as you aren't using fluorescents, any of the puck style halogens are dimmable available at lighting stores and the big box stores.
