What is the vanity light next to the mirror?

Our master bath is "exactly" same footprint. amazing, down to closet door, had to change choice of sconces due to not enough clearance to change bulbs, low ceiling, mid century modern house and a soffit over mirror, cant be raised without major move of pipes and roof structure
