Do you know where I can source the wrap around ottoman tray?

Love the way, the dark hard wood ottoman wrapper offers a hard surface while protecting the ottoman. I've been looking for something similar.

I'm hoping to purchase only the wrap around table. Do any of you know if these are sold separately? Love the design and hope to incorporate with my ottoman whose dimensions are similar to the one you have indicated.
