Can you please tell me about the air vent system?

Sure! The whole building runs on a Whalen Unit system. The
return grille is the larger grille on the bottom that was covered in the same
custom wallpaper as the walls, and the supply grille is on top. There are
multiple Whalen Units throughout the unit that tie into the base building’s
central heating and cooling system. More information can be found at http://www.whalencompany.com/
