How is this done? what is the green stuff and is it concrete or tile?

If that were my project, I would use a synthetic grass, such as Conservation Grass, between the white decking material, to make for easier landscaping maintenance.

The green striping on deck was in fact Conservation Grass. It provided a clean and crisp look to fit this modern garden. The water wall projection was achieved using a custom stainless steel water wall. A projection unit was then built into the wall behind the screen that projected on to the water. The water then serves as the surface for the projection. Thanks.
