My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    love the patio surface....is it brick? pavers? I have red brick around my pool and fireplace (back side) this lighter cooler would work well with it, I think

    Also exactly what I'm looking for! Plus the paint color used on the wood under the roof tiles. Mine is painted brown - yeesh :-(. I don't want to have to strip all of the paint off, but can't live with the brown paint.
