What a cute home! I would remove the awning over the front window. Window box instead with flowers. Larger house numbers. Paint foundation and steps dark brown like the roof. Replace metal railing with a heavier weight style. Wood, or vinyl. New color for body of the house would be nice too as DirectBuy suggested. Landscaping. Edge driveway and sidewalk for a neater look. Paint storm and inside door an accent color.

What about the peak of the house? It is so high from the windows that it looks like there should be something there.

Is there a room in that peak, or just an attic? You could add a window, or some interesting trim work up there in the gable. Victorian type millworker, nothing too fancy. I think a creamy yellow with white trim would be nice! I agree with Jill Leever about hydrangeas! Your house is perfect for them. But also some plants that will stay green all year, but not get too big for interest in the winter.

I think if you start adding mill work it will never end. There should be some around the porch roof and there is a tall gable on the right side of the house also. However, some mill
work would really improve the look of the house.

A new walkway and a couple of trees along with some foundation planting would transform the look of the house. A large container to the right of the stairs filled with lush plants would be a welcoming addition. Think about what sort of experience you would like your visitors to have when coming to your home. Possibly walking through a gate or under an arbor. Think about what surface of walkway you would like. Concrete pavers, poured concrete, stone pavers...there are so many options.
