Leave all the painting for last. Otherwise you'll have workers dinging up your new paint job. In the basement renovations I think you should do the windows first and then floors, so the window installation doesn't damage the new floor finish. If there is any chance the kitchen and basement renovations could be done at the same time that would be ideal, as the kitchen will take the longest and there are inevitable delays. Good luck!
