My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Where can I find those chairs
Those look like Ward Bennett Scissor Chairs. I happened to get one for $75 at a yard sale in perfect condition; when I looked it up (has a tag on the bottom of the chair), I found out that it retailed for $1500. It is actually quite comfortable, but I'm afraid to have it out in an open area because my dogs might scratch the leather on it (but these appear to be a different fabric ... if you google, you will see that you can buy it in several different patterns/fabrics).
