My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wall hung sink

Not a question really... We bought & installed this in our ensuite. Worst buy ever. Looks great but doesn't drain! Wow... Who would have thought a designer would neglect function. Happy squeegee-ing.

    If you would like to do an exchange or return please reach out to us. We are sorry to hear that the sink is not draining. The cause is most likely due to a drain assembly defect or the installation for the p-trap.

    Thanks but I was referring to the grade of the basin - it is extremely flat. Also, I ordered the sink from a supplier here in Canada. Nothing to do about it now. Just poor design.
