My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Why do you have the panel that houses 2 recessed lights with the dining fixture...is it to define that space?

    Also where is the dining fixture from and approx cost? Thank you! Beautiful design and craftsmanship!!!!!

    Thank you Kathleen for your kind compliments. The 2 recessed lights have a small narrow beam spread and are MR16 lamps that help to provide a sparkle to the table top. The light fixture is from a high end company from Italy and was obtained from a vendor in Miami.
