I love my Ceaserstone Frosty Carrina. It is has some light veining, but does not have the spotted appearance of some of the other quartz materials. We REALLY love it!!

I spent weeks looking at this issue and many many different slabs. i found that there were a few granites that looked like white marble. (Some of the names were antartide, princess, super white) However, they ended up costing twice as much and not really giving me the exact look I wanted. They also have care requirements that are not that different than marble. I did not see any quartz that really looked like natural marble but there might be newer ones now. There is a new Silestone that looks pretty good based on what I have seen in a magazine. I ended up with honed marble and could not be happier. I know that this is not exactly what you asked but I thought it was related and hopefully I could give you some background based on my experience and save you days of slab shopping. If you find a good one I would love to see photos!! Good luck!!

Here are some samples from our selection if you would like to check them out. I think Caesarstone just came out with a new Calacatta Marble Quartz replica.

You May also want to to consider Quartzite, which looks like Marble and behaves more like granite.
