My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I bought a Faber fume hood but in a different model, and I am not thrilled with it. It is loud and rattles at high speed. When I called the supplier they put me to the Faber repair person who said they no longer service Faber. I too am in Canada. I never followed up but will do so soon as I was waiting for the backsplash to be installed. Good luck.
