Cafe curtains, white. Ruffles not necessary unless you want a country look.

With that super strong pattern in the floor, and vivid wall color, I would keep it light with white, white, white. If you want to go mod, I would say white with a classic ball fringe in white, maybe just across the bottom:

If it is going to be used as an eating space, I would use retro fruit cafe curtains.

Soft fold Roman shades in a mod print will look awesome! Choose a geometric-ish pattern with that green in it, and maybe a little black.

Roman shades in a fun retro fabric that brings your color scheme together would look great! Maybe even add a solid color tape/banding about 3" off of each side of the roman shade. A fabric like this would look great in your kitchen.

I would have Picasso prints screened onto a light weight canvas and have pull down shades made...
This would bring in a new twist of taste and originality

Do you remember the fishnet fabric that was in style in the late 60's? Even that would look nice in white ,no sewing just cut and hang.

Fantastic colour, really sits well with the floor pattern and colour. Window dressing has to be Roman Blinds with lots of white, texture very important and trimmed with a black and white geometric pattern, such as gingham braid/ribbon. Enjoy !!
