Wow that is a lot of white :) You could do black tile running through the subway tile for a very classic, American 1920s styling, or you could pick any color you like - a greyish blue perhaps - for a light, airy, clean contemporary feel and paint the walls that color. For a more homey look try golds and neutrals to pull out the color in your countertop and the creaminess of the cabinets. Post a picture for better advice.

Thank you for your responses. It is a lot of white, which I am a little afraid of, but I love the clean look of white. My husband wants stainless steel tiles as accent but I think it would be more modern than traditional.
