Under mount sink problem

I've had the caulking on my under mount sink replaced 3 times in the past 2 years. It's only been 3 months and the area near the faucet is already coming off. My son is chemically sensitive and so we can't do it when he is home, so it isn't something that I can do all the time. I've had a plumber and a handyman do it and the result was the same both times, caulking molding and coming off in 3 months. Both times we didn't use the sink for 5 days. Any suggestions?

Caulking is like paint in one respect....needs a completely dry surface so adhering is achieved. Dismount the sink completely. Let all surfaces dry completely. Apply the caulk. Allow the caulk just sit there for X number of time per instructions on the caulk tube, then reattach the sink

Could the sink be too heavy for the countertop?

Someone else had this issue and it turned out the "support" for the undermount sink was inadequate for the sink. The "braces" that were suppost to be there turned out to be a "piece of wood" glued to the internal surface of the cabinetry...the installation was completely wrong. Installer had to come back multiple times before the Houzz community spotted the error.

Check to see what type of supports are used and take some photos. Add to this post. We might be able to spot something that the installer has "missed".
