Height of the original ceiling

before the coffers were created and with coffers what's the height of the ceiling now?

    This expansive Grand Room has an 11'4" ceiling height with 1'4" deep coffers. Each step is adorned with 7.25" crown and 2-3/8" chair rail around the lower perimeter of each step on the ceiling.
