Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping to get some advice and suggestions on my latest DIY project. I'm building banquette seating for my kitchen and I'm almost finished. I wanted some advice though on how to adhere it to the wall. The seat part I did with IKEA storage cabinets and the back rest part was done with peg boards, foam, cotton batting and IKEA curtains. I also would like opinions on if I should build a frame around the backboard and also what accent colour would look nice with it for ie/pillows, vases etc. I currently have mustard yellow accents in my open concept lr/dr. The overall colour on the walls in my home is BM Revere Pewter. We have not painted our kitchen as yet but I would like to also consider an accent wall for the side where the long part of the banquette will go. I'm also thinking a few floating shelves and a mirror or some framed pics above would look nice too. But would love some suggestions.
