Double hung windows above sink

Is it difficult to operate double hung windows with this type of placement? Im designing my kitchen now and plan 3 windows above sink...I don't want to use awning/crank-out windows. Thanks!

With proper fit and installation, opening double-hung windows above the sink is easy and shouldn't be a problem. However, there are many other window options available if you are still concerned. We'd be happy to go over them with you! Give our Studio a call at 612.337.5060.
