Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Frequently vacuuming or lightly brushing to the fabric will help remove dust. Clean spills immediately - review any cleaning products’ instructions prior to use. Test any products in an inconspicuous area prior to use on the main area of fabric. Regular professional cleaning should be performed in addition to routine cleaning by vacuuming. The fabrics are not treated though you may use Scotchgard to protect against stains. All our shipments are delivered curbside. Stocks vary per item :)

Yes the item is treated with a stain resistant finish. You can also purchase Scotch Guard from a local store and that will also protect it if you would like extra protection. The item is delivered to your door and is already installed. If there is "only 1 left," it'll have that so all customers know. It's first come, first serve on all items. Thanks!
