Would my local tile installer know how to install this tile with the minimal grout line using a "grout tool"? Will that take more labor time? Also, I'm installing my subway tile in line with my Cambria Stone window sill that has an ogee over bullnose edge (wavy edge). How would my tile installer make clean and wavy cuts to but this tile up against my window sill?

Your installer would need to set the tile using 1/16th inch spacers and then grout with unsanded grout. He can recess the grout using the grout tool to minimize the effect of the grout. He will also need to draft and score the tile with a carbide cutting wheel or tool to get the waves in the glass. All of this will be more time and labor. I would ask your installer of their comfort level with this process.
