You're hung up on rug size for a furniture arrangement and how do you KNOW its the only arrangement? Maybe it is, maybe it isn't and "You're getting two new couches"......want a rug

Id stay neutral with area rug cream color with flecks of taupe or sage. Avoid patterned rugs

Here is another pic the room is about 15 long and 17 feet side I’m thinking to put the couch along the kitchen area and two chairs along the area where the railing is at to go downstairs

I do think you are stuck on needing a very specific size for the rug! You actually have more flexibility.

I found it online it’s similar to my layout with the tv in the corner beside the fireplace with putting the couch across from the fireplace and chairs to the side

If the measurements allow, couch facing fireplace with a console behind, occasional chairs facing each other, and a big square coffee table will create an inviting and balanced space.

Nice job! What is the piece of furniture to right of fireplace? It blends in with wall color, so it’s hard to tell. Placing TVs on a diagonal always seems to double their size. Any chance it could be mounted on wall to left of FP, with matching consoles/credenzas on both sides?

That furniture was this mirror that is now hung.. I know the tv needs to be hung and cabinets on both sides - not in the budget at this point..
