To me the most obvious question is, why are you putting two sinks into such a small space? Understanding what your goal is for this will be important to providing you with suggestions and direction in regard to this.
In your kitchen rendering it shows a cooktop and you mention the fridge is on the opposite wall, but what about an oven? Is there a wall oven on the same wall as the fridge, or with the cooktop be swapped out with a slide-in-range? Having a slide in range condenses the space these appliances take up thereby giving you more useful storage in your space, but it also lowers the oven, making it less convenient to use for some people. Its a trade off, but one that should be considered.
Another potential issue I see, is the base corner cabinetry. it looks like there will either be a lot of wasted (dead) space, or there will be "blind-corners" which are difficult to access and often become underutilized because of this. I would suggest Lazy-Susan cabinets for both corners, or at least corner cabinetry with the same type of double hinged door as a lazy-susan style cabinet as this will provide much better access to the corner and make these space very usable.

What about a sink that is more useful than a typical sink? Our kitchen is 150 sq. ft. and we put in a Kohler Stages 45 inch sink - we love it! It also comes in a 33 inch wide model. Yes, it is expensive, but we find it very useful. There are other models offered by competitors you could also explore. Good luck making your decision. Your new kitchen looks lovely!

The oven will be under the gas ( slide in range) . I need 2 sinks to keep the meat and dairy seperate. My question is does it matter if the gas/ oven range is under the window? Will I need a ventilator? This way I can have the 2 sinks opposite each other. Or should I do a double sink, gas/ oven range on one side and full cabinetry on the other?

My mother in law says NOT to put your cooktop in front of a window. Think of cooking grease on the window pane? Drafts while cooking? Sinks are great in front of windows, though.

I like the plan above the way it is in your photo. So does my mother in law. ;)
