The exterior is stucco. It is a smooth stucco with an integral color (color is part of the stucco color coat).

The stucco isn't a specific color per-say but a custom mixture done by our plaster subcontractor. The white is "white", the darkest color is "black" and the grey basis to start was "concrete grey" but it was darkened several shades after the mock-ups were created.
