My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the windows flush to counter tops without a sill! Beautiful and very unique. Would you mind sharing makes those windows and is that a special type of install? Wish we could see above the valance. The view is stunning.

    These windows are from Kolbe, but you should be able to do with any window manufacturer. The contractor removed the bottom sill extension on window unit, set the height to coordinate with counter, and extended counter into the window opening to replace the wood sill extension. After painting them black they really popped. Hope this helps!
