I asked the same questions earlier today! Someone suggested the double for the reason that one can soak dishes, etc., on one side and use the other side at the same time. I just can't figure out aesthetically what looks best.

Stay on your original post. Starting a new one accomplishes nothing.

I am definitely a SINGLE sink fan. Like them large and deep to accommodate roasting pans, etc. At least that's what I TELL people.... truly, I like a single basin because I do NOT like cleaning, so why on earth would I want to have TWO sinks to clean when only ONE will do? hehehehe shhhhhh - don't rat me out

I have a double, but one side is larger for those big pans!

Single basin. Who soaks dishes in a sink anymore? Dishwashers do the job and pots and pans are their own soaking vessels if necessary.
