They do actually! Most questions on photos uploaded to Houzz are answered, though it can be frustrating if you are left waiting, of course.

They can't be bothered!!.It's too bad because i'm sure that the manufacturer would sell many of these for people like us who wish to buy a product like this. Why such a secret i'll never know.

Mycats2, my experience has been most builders and designers are gracious enough to respond as long as it isn't a question they have already answered in previous questions. There will always be the toads who think their time is more valuable than ours. I'm sure that attitude is pervasive in other business they conduct and will eventually come home to roost. Bottom line if they don't want the exposure, they shouldn't post their pics. But as consumers we also have a responsibility to read all the questions to not repeat a previously answered question, clogging up the builder's inbox. I am always shocked at how many times the same question is asked about one picture, which is almost as rude as the non-answer IMO.

@amydmckenna, notice that the company that posted the picture had responded, under a different question, a year and a half before your selfish and self-righteous rant. The homeowner purchased the tiles, not the developer who added the photo, and they do not know what the tiles are. Sheesh, everyone here acts so entitled - isn't it enough that designers and builders are sharing photos as inspiration?

@davidtoby12 If Asking the question "Does anyone answer these questions" offends you, the move along or get a life. It wasn't selfish or self-righteous, it was fair after not having received an answer for an extended period of time. I am a person who has money to spend and is looking for ideas and ways to spend it. You don't like that, I don't care...nbd
