My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

chair fabric and wall color?

Would you kindly advise on the fabric chosen for the chairs and the wall color?

    The chair fabric is available through the 2 Portland Ethan Allen showrooms. The back inlay fabric is discontinued but I believe the other fabric on the front of the side chairs and the host and hostess chairs is still available. If you bring this pic into the showroom, one of the designers could easily find it for you.
