My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The distance between the upper and mid- level is approximately 3'-6".

    I am interested int the hardware holding the stair treds, where was it purchased?

    The steel brackets and wood beams are existing from the original 50's house... sorry! I am not aware of anything pre-made (although there probably is but I just haven't seen it) so you may have to have something custom made. Good luck!
