My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is a tan 4x8" subway tile which is no longer available....but I'm sure you can find something similar out there. The floor tiles are a smaller version, of course, and the accent strip is just a 6x6" square on the diagonal. Sorry I don't have more specifics for you.
